In order to get to the next level, we gotta go to work consistently on a daily basis!!! Work & study everyday!!! When everybody's at the top of their game, all at the same time, we accomplish all that we've set out to do!!!

Only we can stop us from going to the top...

No one should ever feel like someone on our team is trying to take their spot... More heads is better than one but in the end we must respect eachothers opinions as well as eachothers gifts! We're all trying to win and want to see the best for each-other at the end of the day!!!

Surround each-other with greatness, positivity, encouragement and Love!!! Do what you are great at and let those who are great at other things be great at what they are great at without interruption...
